Pricing Information

2017 short break prices range from £240 – £360 and are effective in Low Season from January to Easter, November to Christmas. Short breaks may commence/finish on any day of the week.

Short breaks out of low season are by arrangement only, with a minimum of 2 nights.

2017 weekly rates.

During the main holiday periods, Easter through October, Christmas, New Year and school holidays, weekly rates (7 nights stay) range from £425 – £650.

Changeover day is Saturday unless by arrangement.
All prices include bedding, towels, electricity, heating and logs.
Cottage is available from 2pm on day of arrival until 11am on departure day.

A deposit of £100 (£50 for short breaks) is required to secure a booking, and is non-refundable.
All guests must agree to pay for any damages to the cottage.
There is no extra charge for dogs but pet owners must agree to cover any damage costs incurred by their pets.
