Terms and Conditions

All prices or booking rates quoted are based on 7 nights stay, Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise stated or within short break periods.

Short breaks apply only to low season (January to Easter, November to Christmas) excluding half term weeks, school holidays and bank holidays, unless by prior arrangement.
During this period any combination of consecutive dates is available at the prices quoted.

A deposit of £100 per week, or £50 for short breaks is required to make a reservation.
Please note that deposits are non-returnable and private holiday insurance is recommended to cover any possible cancellations.
A final invoice together with details of key collection, cottage location etc. will be sent out 6 weeks prior to holiday dates.
For bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to holiday dates payment in full is required at the time of reservation.
All prices are fully inclusive of logs, heating, electricity, bedding and linen.
All damages/breakages must be reported and paid for.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge but owners must agree to cover the cost of any damage incurred.
